How many photos will I receive?

Each event or session is unique and different, some with many family members, others with fewer. What I can assure you is to take the most important moments, as well as those that seem irrelevant. There is no amount, but I can give you an average and it goes between 200 to 300+ pics for event and for session, that’s depend the contract session time. All pics already edited.

Can I get my original files?

Of course, however I recommend that if you want prints it is convenient to do it through me because that way you get the best results in the colors of the prints. This is due to the synchronization of the my monitor’s colors with my laboratory’s printers.

On the day of the event, how many hours of work does your contract include?

A work day is normally 8 hours, however due to the nature of the events, the day is sometimes extended up to 12 hours. Don't worry, we cover the day of the event from your preparation until 10:00 pm. If you need me to stay after 10:00 pm, no problem, we can talk about it.

How many people come with you?

Dos, my assistant and I when it is only a contract for photography, one more videographer, when you have contracted photography and video.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Yes, a contract signed by both parties is a guarantee of commitment. You make sure that everything that is written will be carried out in a timely manner, as well as for our part we make sure that you as our client are clear about what, when and where the service will be carried out.

After the service is done, when will I receive my memories?

Events,the average delivery time is between 6 and 10 weeks.This varies depending on the time in which the service is performed, if it is a demand period for the service (May-Sep) and if the service is photography and video. Sessions, normaly 2 or 3 days after session.
